The 10 Costeño Commandments

I.  Thou shalt not refuse food from a Costeño

II. Thou shall sit in a circle during all Costeño gatherings

III. Thou shalt not complain about the volume of music

IV.  Thou shalt not complain about the time music is played at such volume

V. Thou shall eat white rice with every meal

VI. Thou shall arrive at least 30 minutes late to ALL events

VII. Thou shall sweat at all hours of the day

VIII.  Thou shalt not pronounce the S or D in any words

IX. Thou shall accept invasion of ones personal bubble as a lifestyle

 X. Thou shalt avoid conflict at all means (even if it means finding out you have to move in one week via text message....This just happened to me)
